Classic and clean hero image designed for e-commerce. Showcase your product in all its glory and use this extremely versatile, super-clean image everywhere from the hero product listing to Amazon to social.
The default image is your product shot at tabletop level of the front of the product with hard light. The product is isolated on a pristine white infinity background, including the hard, crisp-edged cast-shadow on a perfectly flat surface. The final image has zero lighting or shadow fall-off in the background. Please specify your desired background color and shadow options below.
For products that are unable to freely stand upright from a tabletop perspective, please select “Magic Upright Styling” to add this option to your shot.
Deliverable Specs
• (1) high-res JPEG (or PNG for transparent background option.) Size is 2000px (6.6”) long edge, 300ppi. If you choose “All” you will receive three (3) high-res JPEGs or PNGs with the same specifications applied to all of them.
• Dust/scratch/dent retouching and true-to-eye color balancing and correction.
• Full image personal and commercial usage rights in perpetuity—you own the photo(s).
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is 7 days from the time that I receive the product to the mailing address (located in Virginia Beach, VA 23462) provided immediately at checkout. Please choose whether you’d like the product mailed back to you or not below. Product mailback is subject to additional invoicing. 3-day turnaround is available for an added rush fee.
For Best Results
Please submit a product that is between 2x2” and 18x18”. (Exceptions may exist, please contact Melanie directly at hello@melaniekim.photography if you have any questions.)
A rigid product will photograph better than a flexible product. Flexible products are not guaranteed to photograph flawlessly.
Rigid product examples: Boxed goods, books, ceramic, stone, glass, wood, cans, etc.
Flexible product examples: Clothing, hats, apparel, fabric, fluffy or plush products, soft plastics, etc.
Melanie Kim Photography reserves the right to use all images for portfolio purposes unless the client specifically buys out that privilege. Please ship your item promptly so that I can begin work as soon as possible; delay in client shipping will cause a delay in product image turnaround time.
All projects will receive a contract with the project specs. No work will begin until payment, product, and signed contract are received.
For mail-back products, shipping fees will be calculated and invoiced after. Client’s UPS or Fedex accounts may be applied.
